Effective November 6, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and WetEdge ("WetEdge", "we", "us") for the use of the WetEdge app and website at wetedge.app (the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use WetEdge for a company, you agree on that company's behalf and confirm that you're allowed to.
WetEdge is software for builders of pools, spas, screen enclosures and outdoor living spaces ("Companies"). Companies use it to keep track of leads and customers, price jobs, send proposals and contracts, collect electronic signatures and manage their work. A Company's own customers (for example, a homeowner who signs a proposal) use the Service only through links the Company sends them.
The Company, not WetEdge, is responsible for its dealings with its own customers. In particular:
Don't use the Service to break the law, send spam, harass anyone, upload malicious files, try to get into another Company's data, test or attack our security without written permission, or resell the Service without our agreement. We may suspend accounts that do.
We work to keep WetEdge running and your data safe, including regular backups, but the Service may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We improve WetEdge often and may add, change or remove features. If we remove something important to a paid plan, we'll tell you ahead of time.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, WetEdge makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, and doesn't promise the Service will be error-free or that its calculations are right for every job. You use your own judgment in pricing and contracting.
To the fullest extent the law allows, WetEdge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from the Service. WetEdge's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount the Company paid WetEdge in the 12 months before the claim.
A Company will defend and hold WetEdge harmless from claims by its customers or others that arise from the Company's documents, prices, work, messages or misuse of the Service.
You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or isn't paid, with notice where reasonable. After an account ends, we keep its data for 30 days so you can ask for a copy, then delete it. Copies in backups are removed as those backups expire.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute comes up, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Any lawsuit must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and both sides agree to those courts' jurisdiction. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of the place you live.
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll let account owners know by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
